Membership in the Israel Musicological Society entails an annual membership fee payment.
The Society is a non-profit organization and its various activities (annual conference, other conferences and events, the magazine 'Min'ad') can be maintained only through the payment of membership fees. The annual conference (participation in the conference entails membership in the Society), is the main event which allow members to renew their membership for the coming year. In order to help plan our annual budget, we request all our members to renew their membership no later than the annual conference (which is usually held in June-July). New members are requested to pay their fees to be included in the Society's eMail listing and take part in its activities.
Current membership fees:
Regular Members - 120 NIS
Retired Persons - 90 NIS, Students and New Olim - 50 NIS
Discounts for early payers
Decreased rates are available only to members who pay for two years (the current year + the year after that) through the following payment methods no later than two weeks prior to the annual conference.
Decreased Regular Member's rates (for two years): 210 NIS
Decreased Pensioner's rates (for two years): 170 NIS
Decreased Student's and New Olim's rates (for two years): 100 NIS (no discount)
Methods of payment:
1. Cash - Only through the Society's treasurer, Natali Rotenberg, email@example.com.
A receipt will be offered at the place of payment. Please do not mail cash money.
2. Payment by cheque - to the Israeli Musicological Society (membership fees).
